2. Product information

Photos, descriptions, certifications, or nutritional statements are provided by the vendor. While we encourage transparency, we cannot independently verify every claim. Buyers should review vendor ratings, policies, and regulatory documentation before purchasing.

3. Vendor obligations

• Vendors must maintain valid business licenses, food-handling permits, and Authorize.Net credentials.
• Each vendor controls their own terms, shipping commitments, refund rules, and support channels.
• Failure to honor obligations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the marketplace.

4. Financial disclaimers

Payments are processed per vendor using their merchant account. Commercial Catch does not hold funds in escrow or provide banking, tax, or legal advice. Buyers are responsible for determining eligibility for deductions, import duties, or regulatory filings.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial Catch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor listings, order delays, temperature excursions, or data errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
